Director of Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the Project Management Department

• Guide Project Managers to enhance sales, profitability, efficiency, resource utilization, client satisfaction, and product quality

• Propel improvements and create automated, streamlined processes and procedures

• Offer critical insights and recommendations to executive leadership to foster organizational and company growth

• Lead team members with decision-making authority on Trimark’s most valuable projects

• Set standards for project management practices, processes, and procedures that align with business policies and growth objectives

• Manage, regulate, and modify project management activities

• Oversee the identification and acquisition of products necessary for project deliverables

• Collaborate with Finance to establish and manage budgets, milestones, and compliance

• Lead modifications to contract terms

• Supervise the identification and definition of project scope and requirements, presenting clients with tailored solutions

• Work in partnership with Business Development on proposal creation and delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in an Engineering field, along with 15+ years of combined experience in Management and Project Management, or an equivalent mix of education and experience

• PMP certification is highly preferred

• SCRUM Master or other AGILE Project Management Certification is preferred

• Extensive knowledge of electric utility-scale interconnection (Renewable PV+BESS), construction, SCADA, and software implementation

• Capability to lead technical discussions in an understandable manner for non-technical audiences

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong skills in collaboration, facilitation, and conflict resolution

• High proficiency in MS Project, ADO, or other Project Management tools

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer

• Candidates must be residents of the United States
