Project Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee software implementation and upgrade initiatives from project kickoff through to go-live and subsequent post-production stabilization.

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and client expectations of the project.

• Act as the main customer-facing contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct project status meetings, executive steering committees, and governance reviews to ensure alignment.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including consulting, technical, conversion, reporting, training, testing, and support.

• Track project financial performance, forecasts, profitability, and manage change orders effectively.

• Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and governance protocols.

• Foster proactive risk management, issue resolution, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Utilize AI technologies to boost project delivery, productivity, reporting, forecasting, and client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience overseeing enterprise software implementation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and various project management tools.

• Proven experience leveraging modern AI technologies to enhance project delivery, reporting, documentation, communication, forecasting, or operational efficiency.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across North America.

• Possession of a current, valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel, including necessary visa arrangements for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Capacity to work in EST and adapt to various locations across America as needed.
