Project Manager III – Strategic Business Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee intricate projects utilizing cross-functional teams.

• Manage the entire project life cycle, encompassing requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Aid in establishing and sustaining corporate project management methodologies and departmental procedures.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, which includes meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.

• Lead and effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including written executive summaries.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, address issues, and mitigate risks.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings across various functional areas.

• Provide both functional and technical expertise across multiple business and technical domains.

• Monitor project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in project management and implementation or program management.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools.

• Experience in working with and leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.

• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred.

• Master's degree preferred.
