Project Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead software implementation and upgrade initiatives from inception to go-live and post-production stabilization.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and manage customer expectations.

• Act as the main customer-facing point of contact and a trusted advisor.

• Conduct project status meetings, executive steering committees, and governance reviews.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consulting, technical, conversion, reporting, training, testing, and support resources.

• Track project financial performance, forecasts, profitability, and manage change orders.

• Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and governance requirements.

• Promote proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Utilize modern AI technologies to improve project delivery, productivity, reporting, forecasting, and customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in leading enterprise software implementation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in managing project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools.

• Proven experience in leveraging modern AI technologies to enhance project delivery, reporting, documentation, communication, forecasting, or operational efficiency.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across North America.

• Must possess a current, valid passport.

• Legally eligible for international travel, including necessary visa exemptions or travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• PMP Certification required.

• Experience in the utility industry.

• Background in CIS, ERP, SaaS, Asset Management, or enterprise software implementation.

• Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation.

• Experience in developing automation, AI-enabled workflows, delivery accelerators, or process enhancements.
