Web Production Specialist – LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of web production and content publishing for a variety of client accounts, ensuring that websites remain accurate, polished, and current.

• Upload, publish, and refresh web content across client websites with a strong emphasis on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Oversee web production requests from initiation to completion, maintaining organization, schedules, and consistent progress.

• Examine pages and content prior to publishing to confirm that formatting, links, images, metadata, and other elements are accurate.

• Assess content for compliance with SEO/AEO/GEO best practices before publication.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other internal teams to implement web updates efficiently.

• Resolve production issues and proactively identify potential challenges before they affect a live site.

• Adhere to established workflows, quality assurance processes, and client-specific requirements to ensure consistency and quality across websites.

• Independently manage assigned tasks, proactively communicating about timelines, inquiries, and potential obstacles.

• Learn and navigate various content management systems and client environments, quickly adapting to new tools and processes.

• Spot opportunities to enhance web production workflows, documentation, and processes to promote more efficient and scalable publishing.

• Stay updated on web production, CMS, SEO, and digital best practices, applying relevant knowledge to daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a global, remote work environment.

• Over 2 years of experience in web production, content management, digital production, or a related field, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital setting.

• Highly skilled in WordPress and comfortable using content management systems to publish, update, and maintain web content.

• Detail-oriented, possessing a keen eye for inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to enhance the user experience.

• Proactive in taking ownership of tasks and seeing projects through to completion with minimal oversight.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple web production requests, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional partners.

• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes.

• Experience in authoring and publishing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, metadata, links, and content structure.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and fundamental web development concepts.

• Experience with various CMS platforms and digital publishing tools.

• An interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline web production workflows while ensuring accuracy and quality.
