Web Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the complete lifecycle of interactive websites, modules, and mobile application projects.

• Oversee project initiation, requirements gathering, site architecture, configuration, design, content publishing, quality assurance testing, training, launch, and ongoing management.

• Facilitate and lead client meetings along with project-related communications.

• Set and manage client expectations regarding project tasks, sign-off phases, and milestone timelines.

• Coordinate design and technical service teams to achieve project goals.

• Establish and drive project timelines and schedules for deliverables.

• Monitor projects using online project management tools.

• Prepare and share project status updates with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop an intuitive sitemap architecture that aligns with client goals and ensures site accessibility.

• Conduct thorough site reviews and quality assurance testing prior to project launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior experience in managing interactive/web projects.

• Proficient in HTML and possess some experience with CSS/JavaScript.

• Technically adept and capable of quickly becoming proficient in complex software applications.

• Excellent skills in organization, planning, scoping, prioritization, and process development.

• Ability to assess performance and analyze results effectively.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills related to web development projects.

• Proven attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Comfortable in a client-facing role with a strong focus on customer service.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a highly collaborative team environment.

• Solid understanding of content publishing and/or CMS systems.

• Strong familiarity with web information architecture standards, including sitemaps, navigation structures, and content layout/presentation.

• Familiarity with website development best practices, including design and usability principles.

• Proven experience in creative problem-solving and managing client relationships.

• Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office applications.
