Client Implementation Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Implement AbsenceResources accounts that have recently transitioned from the sales team.

• Complete necessary documentation and establish specifications within the proprietary database.

• Develop implementation strategies and coordinate training sessions.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with account stakeholders.

• Build strong collaborative relationships between ComPsych and AbsentResources team members.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources professionals and AbsenceSource during the implementation process.

• Grasp the absence policies and associated benefits of the assigned accounts.

• Provide external training on leave of absence compliance throughout the implementation phase.

• Create business and communication plans with Human Resources professionals to advocate for AbsenceResources services.

• Investigate and address account concerns to ensure a seamless transition.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS/BA degree is required, with a preference for Human Resources or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Experience in account management within leave of absence administration, benefits, or human resources-related services is an advantage.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• A stable work history is required.

• A consistent and reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise is required.

• Ability to be on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events is necessary.

• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with new and existing customers; approximate travel expected is up to 25%.
