Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and members of the Solventum team to effectively deploy and configure Solventum products.

• Fulfill project deliverables and address implementation requirements.

• Evaluate existing customer coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), and visit workflows.

• Confirm that proposed future-state workflows align with overall project goals.

• Set up, test, and validate environments for the Solventum Revenue Cycle application.

• Manage issue resolution, configuration change control, issue tracking, and documentation efforts.

• Investigate and identify issues alongside support and escalation teams for root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.

• Provide training for system administrators and end users on product maintenance and administration.

• Oversee testing and provide support during the go-live phase.

• Engage with customer teams regarding issue resolution and configuration adjustments.

• Stay informed about product features, business matters, policies, and implementation alternatives.

• Create and revise educational materials, documentation, tools, and programs.

• Travel up to 10% domestically as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution with four (4) years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least eight (8) years of experience.

• At least three (3) years of direct experience in software support and/or implementation, ideally within a healthcare environment using Solventum™ 360 Encompass™.

• Minimum of two (2) years of practical knowledge in hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflows.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a client-facing implementation position.

• Familiarity with 3M/Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ Professional products.

• Experience in Electronic Medical Record implementation.

• Proficient in SQL, Windows Server, and Networking.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical, and efficient approach.

• Self-motivated individual with analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to maintain excellent customer relations in a high-paced environment.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status.
