This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main resource for Project Managers during the onboarding process for new products.
• Respond to onboarding inquiries and provide guidance on product setup.
• Deliver personalized training on new products and offer support after implementation.
• Advise clients on their website vision and strategic direction.
• Suggest effective strategies for web content.
• Consult, configure, and train customers on Mobile Apps, Roster Syncs, APIs, Beacons, Geofencing, and CRM systems.
• Assess the scope of custom configurations and builds based on specifications.
• Guide clients on best practices to optimize the use of the unified product suite.
• Manage multiple clients and projects/tasks concurrently.
• Create documentation outlining standard practices for tasks and projects.
• Comprehend customer business challenges and convey business solutions.
• Perform quality assurance checks on newly developed websites and other products.
• Document and report issues to the relevant team.
• Diagnose and identify the root causes of website and mobile app issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups, responsiveness, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Support, Product Management, Development, and Sales.
• Work with Product Managers on client feedback and feature requests.
• Facilitate customer transitions to Support.
• Identify distinct client configurations and knowledge gaps for Support.
• Must have eligible working rights in the USA.
• Should not require sponsorship.
• Capability to manage multiple projects across Website, CRM, Reservation, and Accounting/POS System product lines.
• Operational knowledge of relational databases, database schema, SQL, VBScript, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and CSS.
• Proficiency in CSS and HTML.
• Proven experience in software or website product quality assurance.
• Background in project management along with a solid understanding of customer support.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to express ideas clearly.
• Patience with users throughout the training process.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time and relationship management skills.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong intent to teach clients best practices.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening capabilities.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Self-driven attitude.
