Expert Implementation Consultant – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients, covering areas such as registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting.

• Evaluate client operational and clinical maturity to pinpoint upstream gaps that may pose downstream revenue risks.

• Establish and manage implementation plans across multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with project management, technical, and sales teams.

• Lead client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions.

• Simplify operational and technical concepts for audiences without technical backgrounds.

• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.

• Raise any unclear scope or design issues to a solutions architect.

• Guide and train fellow Implementation Consultants.

• Develop and refine the client training strategy along with onboarding materials.

• Oversee cross-workstream readiness and the transition to ongoing operations after go-live.

• Assist with pre-sales scoping for intricate or multi-product opportunities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Technical or Business fields.

• More than 7 years of relevant professional experience.

• 2 to 3 years at a Senior level or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% may be necessary.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
