Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch a professional, user-friendly campaign website.

• Organize content to effectively communicate the candidate’s message, priorities, and vision.

• Ensure the website operates smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices.

• Conduct functionality tests and resolve any issues prior to launch.

• Incorporate client feedback to align the website with campaign objectives.

• Integrate and test the existing donation button provided by the client.

• Collaborate with the client and relevant providers to troubleshoot technical challenges.

• Implement visual assets, imagery, and branding materials effectively.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity throughout the campaign’s digital presence.

• Update content and visuals as campaign messaging and priorities evolve.

• Perform ongoing website maintenance, monitoring, security, and technical repairs.

• Introduce new features and digital initiatives as campaign needs arise.

• Support additional digital projects within the defined scope.

• Handle sensitive campaign information with professionalism and confidentiality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and launching professional websites.

• Practical experience with website platforms and content management systems, such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow.

• Ability to integrate and troubleshoot donation buttons or third-party payment solutions.

• Experience in basic website maintenance and testing across various devices.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

• Proficiency in creating clean, responsive websites.

• Quality assurance and testing conducted prior to launch.

• Basic website maintenance, updates, and monitoring experience.

• Experience working with brand assets, imagery, and layout design.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• Headset equipped with an extended noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection available.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US time.

• Must provide a personal computer with an Intel Core i5 or equivalent or higher.
