Junior Frontend Developer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create innovative user-facing features utilizing PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for websites and web applications catering to small to medium-sized businesses.

• Tailor existing HTML/PHP templates to fulfill client specifications, including adjustments to colors and design elements.

• Develop reusable components and libraries for the front end.

• Enhance components for optimal performance across various web-enabled devices and browsers.

• Assist clients with inquiries and requirements.

• Operate independently, meet deadlines, and proactively seek help when necessary.

• Complete the GoFasti application review, screening interview, client profile assessment, and client interview procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Frontend Developer.

• Proficient in coding languages: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

• Familiarity with Laravel, WordPress, or Webflow is advantageous.

• Previous experience with ticketing systems, customer service, and/or customer support is highly preferred.

• Skilled in using Git for collaborative software development.

• Knowledge of MVC design patterns, UX/UI design, and RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of Agile Methodology is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of security practices, including CSRF protection and XSS prevention.

• Strong analytical skills for debugging and resolving issues.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of working independently while handling multiple priorities and balancing tasks across different projects.

• Fluent in English.

• Located in Latin America.

• Availability for part-time work (20 hours per week).
