UI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the business development team to determine customer purchasing needs and provide technical assistance during sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Develop demonstration applications to illustrate application feasibility for prospective and existing clients.

• Design and create demonstration software and systems to effectively showcase products and systems.

• Address moderately complex customer inquiries regarding system software and applications, both before and after the sale.

• Evaluate user configurations to ensure system compatibility.

• Oversee product/system installation and maintenance to guarantee operation meets specifications.

• Engage with engineering teams to support adjustments in equipment design.

• Monitor project progress and quality for clients, project managers, and management to facilitate timely product launches.

• Educate and communicate with customers regarding system applications.

• Provide assistance to less experienced engineers as necessary.

• Maintain relationships with assigned customers post-integration and support their needs to foster future business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in Web Application Development utilizing C#/.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, and LINQ.

• Extensive experience with Healthcare Claims Systems, including Claims Processing, Pharmacy NCPDP, Interchange, and ICE panels.

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with skills in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex queries.

• Experience in supporting enterprise applications, including legacy system assessments, Microsoft TFS Code Repositories, and SQL Reporting Services.

• Understanding of healthcare compliance and data security, particularly HIPAA regulations and Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements.

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business demands and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
