Senior VTEX Developer – Front-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement features and integrations for sub-teams, overseeing the process from solution design to deployment.

• Utilize and orchestrate VTEX APIs alongside the client's internal services.

• Write automated tests and actively engage in code review processes.

• Resolve defects, promote continuous improvements, and assist with deployments.

• Develop in Go for Backend for Frontend (BFF) and apply hexagonal architecture principles.

• Work with React and Next.js to create custom headless solutions, employing Vitest, Testing Library, and Cypress.

• Collaborate with VTEX Checkout, Intelligent Search, Headless CMS, and integrate OAuth2 with Keycloak.

• Integrate VTEX Catalog, Pricing, Logistics/Inventory, and Promotions APIs.

• Manage interactions with the VTEX Marketplace including SKU reception, matching, and co-funding.

• Execute batch processing and high-volume synchronization tasks.

• Work with VTEX Order Management System (OMS), Order Hooks/Feed, Logistics, and Delivery Promises.

• Implement order flows, including 1P/3P splits, fulfillment, and tracking processes.

• Integrate with SAP ECC/EWM using the SAP Adapter and TMS (Intelipost and proprietary CO).

• Address RMA rules and back-office/Customer Service workflows.

• Communicate effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Take ownership of delivery quality within the client’s frameworks and ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with front-end standards and best practices.

• Understanding of security and performance best practices for web and mobile applications.

• Experience with or knowledge of VTEX APIs relevant to the sub-team: Pricing, Logistics, Promotions, or OMS.

• Proficiency in HTTP/REST APIs, asynchronous integration, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with automated testing using frameworks such as Testing, Testify, and Mockery.

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Proficient in Git/GitHub and containerization technologies.

• Experience in migrating digital platforms to the VTEX Commerce Platform is advantageous.

• User-level experience with Kubernetes and AWS is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Datadog is a plus.

• Proficiency in Spanish for operations in Colombia is a plus.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
