This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design website layouts and user interfaces adhering to standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to transform designs into functional website elements.
• Implement responsive web design across various devices including desktop, mobile, and tablet, as well as across different web browsers.
• Partner with the content team to execute SEO strategies and analyze web-related analytics.
• Optimize landing pages to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Develop responsive emails and templates compatible with various email clients and devices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure websites are secure and functional.
• Address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Support the marketing team with integrated communication and marketing initiatives.
• Meet or surpass monthly targets set by the supervisor.
• Adhere to training, management guidance, company policies, and values.
• Collaborate effectively and professionally represent EBQ to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and browser testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a problem-solving attitude.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, and/or Webflow is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to administer and manage websites using hosting providers such as WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHost is a plus but not essential.
• Familiarity with PHP and WordPress webhooks is advantageous but not required.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/MySQL) is beneficial but not necessary.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Mailchimp is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with project management software is desirable but not required.
• Experience with CDN integrations such as Cloudflare is a plus but not necessary.
• Knowledge of version control with GitHub is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of website optimization techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
