React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and thoroughly documented web applications utilizing React.

• Develop and sustain modern, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces.

• Establish automated testing protocols to guarantee application quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with engineers, testers, designers, and product owners to produce high-quality products.

• Assess, debug, optimize, and refactor code to enhance performance and maintainability.

• Engage in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

• Identify and propose enhancements to system performance, security, and user experience.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to assist with development tasks, code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience in building web applications.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in developing applications with React.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript and contemporary frontend development practices.

• Experience in building and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with frontend state management, routing, and component-based architecture.

• Strong grasp of software development best practices and clean coding principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI).

• Knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS/SSL, authentication, security best practices, performance, and optimization.

• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, or documentation, along with the ability to review and validate AI-generated outputs.

• Good English communication skills and capability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Experience with Redux or similar state management tools is an advantage.

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude is an advantage.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.

• Experience in monitoring and optimizing application performance is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
