Web Designer – Landing Pages, Institutional Websites

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop landing pages tailored for campaigns, offers, and events, always prioritizing a mobile-first design.

• Create, revamp, and oversee the institutional websites for M&P, PSM, and GRM.

• Execute A/B testing and continuously refine strategies based on conversion metrics (CRO).

• Integrate landing pages with GoHighLevel, ensuring the correct pipeline setup and accurate completion of lead-source information.

• Implement and manage tracking systems, including pixels, GA4, standardized UTMs, and conversion events.

• Oversee page performance and ensure technical SEO best practices are followed.

• Ensure adherence to cookies/LGPD regulations and legal advertising guidelines.

• Align with each brand’s visual identity and maintain an organized component library.

• Keep a record of every page published.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing five or more published landing pages, with the ability to discuss their conversion outcomes.

• Expertise in the GoHighLevel page builder (or a similar tool, with a readiness to transition).

• Background in mobile-first UI/UX design.

• Familiarity with tracking pixels, GA4, UTMs, and conversion events.

• Basic understanding of conversion-oriented copywriting.

• Capacity to support three distinct brands with unique visual identities.

• A results-focused and data-driven approach, complemented by strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.

• Experience in the legal field or other regulated industries.

• Awareness of OAB Provision 205/2021.

• Experience with GoHighLevel AI Studio, WordPress, and technical SEO practices.

• Proficient in Figma.
