Senior Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create and launch website experiments, which include landing pages, page variations, UI modules, forms, and call-to-action elements.

• Generate test concepts based on data and collaborate with growth marketers, performance marketing experts, SEO specialists, and web developers to define hypotheses and briefs.

• Craft engaging web experiences such as browser-based product demonstrations, scroll-driven narratives, free tools, calculators, and launch pages.

• Transform complex cybersecurity products into engaging narratives utilizing real UI, product snapshots, and motion elements.

• Enhance the design system by converting effective patterns into reusable components.

• Design landing pages for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring close alignment of messaging with advertisements.

• Quickly prototype using Figma, code, or AI tools.

• Deliver ready-to-build designs to web developers.

• Conduct quality assurance on delivered projects to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and page loading speed.

• Analyze experiment outcomes and document insights in a conversion playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing websites and marketing pages.

• A portfolio showcasing design skills and results, including pages that have been tested and improved, and at least one interactive or high-craft project.

• Proven experience collaborating with or working within growth or performance marketing teams.

• Extensive knowledge of Figma design systems, including components, variants, auto layout, and variables.

• Strong skills in UI and interaction design, focusing on layout, typography, hierarchy, motion, and responsive design.

• Capability to manage multiple tests and set clear expectations for stakeholders.

• Must complete a national police history check and reference checks prior to starting work.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia without requiring visa sponsorship from the company.

• Skills in motion, interaction, or 3D design are a plus, with familiarity in tools such as Rive, Jitter, After Effects, or Spline.

• Experience with interactive tools, calculators, or in-browser digital experiences is an advantage.

• Proficiency in data visualization is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or AI tools is advantageous.

• Previous web projects recognized by Awwwards, FWA, or similar accolades is a plus.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is beneficial.

• Proven ability to create high-converting Meta and Google ads is an advantage.
