Senior Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Determine how a brand expresses itself online through typography, color schemes, layout, and animations.

• Create websites for clients, encompassing homepages, product pages, pricing pages, and landing pages.

• Utilize motion and interactive elements to enhance brand representation.

• Provide art direction for photography, illustrations, and 3D elements as required.

• Showcase work and rationale to clients, making adjustments based on their feedback.

• Collaborate with product designers to ensure a unified feel between websites and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in web design, whether in a studio, agency, or in-house at a software company.

• Outstanding craftsmanship and a keen eye for typography.

• Sufficient understanding of brand systems to operate within and sensibly extend them.

• Proficiency in motion and interaction design, including scroll behavior, transitions, and subtle animations that energize a page.

• Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or Framer's motion design tools.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Knowledge of Framer or Webflow is an added advantage.

• Thoughtful and effective application of AI within the design workflow.

• Previous experience in brand identity work is desirable.

• Adequate front-end knowledge for precise communication with developers.

• Proven experience working directly with clients.

• A portfolio or personal website showcasing your work.

• An updated CV or resume.
