Senior Brand & Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the creative vision for Rythm’s website, encompassing the homepage, product pages, launches, campaigns, and editorial content.

• Craft web experiences utilizing unique layouts, dynamic typography, motion, and art direction instead of relying on templates.

• Transform lab results, biomarkers, and health insights into clear visuals, diagrams, and page flows.

• Provide art direction for imagery and illustrations, and develop graphic systems that function without photography.

• Expand and enhance the Rythm brand in the digital space while contributing to the overall brand system.

• Respond swiftly to daily requests while upholding high standards of craftsmanship.

• Work collaboratively with teams in Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure final outputs align with the design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in brand and web design, including tenure at a prominent brand or a respected design studio.

• A portfolio showcasing original, brand-driven web projects.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex products or information clearly and stylishly.

• Strong instincts in art direction for imagery, illustration, and motion graphics.

• A proactive approach: lead the creative process while actively contributing to the work.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

• A distinct perspective with the ability to articulate design choices.

• Outstanding taste and meticulous attention to detail.
