Web Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop top-notch web designs for the Tendem initiative.

• Create high-converting one-page sites, pitch-style landing pages, and straightforward marketing websites from provided copy, outlines, or existing drafts.

• Convert brand assets and social media graphics into responsive web layouts, structured components, and sections suitable for developers or no-code solutions.

• Prepare and securely package production-ready files, which include organized Figma frames, exported assets, and comprehensive specifications.

• Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and marketing materials.

• Check for responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and compliance with contemporary web standards before final delivery.

• Take ownership of the aesthetic and functionality of web-based content to ensure alignment with the overarching brand ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio emphasizing landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.

• Extensive expertise in Figma for creating scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.

• Proficiency in designing conversion-focused, pitch-style landing page layouts.

• Familiarity with developer handoff processes and preparing digital assets for developers or no-code platforms like Webflow and Framer.

• Capability to uphold brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch presentations.

• A structured, user-focused, and conversion-oriented design methodology.

• A keen eye for clarity, whitespace, and modern web layout trends.

• A self-motivated work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.

• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.

• CV must contain a portfolio link with web design examples; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant web design samples will not be considered.
