Junior Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Implementation and Client Support teams by executing website design modifications requested by clients.

• Develop web solutions utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery within the company's custom content management system.

• Execute tasks that require both graphic design and coding expertise.

• Collaborate with other web designers and internal teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate modern techniques into projects and designs.

• Manage workload and deadlines effectively to ensure timely task completion.

• Maintain the quality of work to meet the company's standards.

• Adapt to changes in processes while preserving a positive outlook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in web design, including responsive web design.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in communication (both written and verbal) and adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient fundamental skills in HTML/CSS; candidates should be capable of hand-coding.

• Understanding of responsive web design principles.

• Ability to address problems creatively and efficiently.

• Experience with Content Management Systems is preferred.

• Basic understanding of design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Bootstrap framework (Bootstrap 3+) is preferred.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

• Knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript is preferred.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition for joining the team.
