Freelance Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create impactful one-pagers, pitch-oriented landing pages, and straightforward marketing websites based on textual content, outlines, or existing drafts.

• Convert brand assets and social media graphics into responsive web designs, structured components, and sections suitable for developer or no-code applications.

• Prepare and securely package production-ready files, which include organized Figma frames, exported assets, and comprehensive specifications.

• Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social media materials.

• Ensure the responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and compliance with contemporary web trends prior to delivery.

• Oversee the aesthetic and functionality of web-based materials for the Tendem project.

• Focus on marketing pages, landing experiences, and layouts designed for conversions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio that emphasizes landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.

• Proven experience in transforming rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand frameworks into structured, implementation-ready web designs.

• A user-focused, conversion-driven mindset.

• Advanced skills in Figma for designing scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems.

• Proficiency in creating high-converting, pitch-style landing pages.

• Familiarity with preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for developer or no-code execution using tools like Webflow or Framer.

• Capability to uphold brand consistency across web pages, social media materials, and pitch presentations.

• Strong sense of clarity, whitespace, and modern web layout trends.

• Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready assets efficiently.

• Proficient in English at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is mandatory.

• CV must include a portfolio link with examples of web design; applications lacking relevant portfolio cases will not be considered.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or other related creative/technical disciplines is a plus.
