This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Oversee and enhance enterprise websites, portals, and digital experiences.
• Regularly update and review web content to ensure it remains consistent, compliant, accessible, high-quality, accurate, reliable, and useful.
• Establish practices and schedules for the routine monitoring of websites.
• Identify necessary actions to resolve website issues and ensure their completion.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams throughout the organization to provide effective digital experiences and support reporting and information requirements.
• Assist in the development of internet/intranet content for the division/department.
• Evaluate web business needs and challenges while pinpointing revenue-generating opportunities through web design knowledge and research to aid in developing business strategies.
• Analyze competitiveness with similar businesses or websites, recommending sales channels, strategic partners, and marketing opportunities.
• Lead web teams through the entire process from the creation of project/scope documents to testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with information systems to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
• Act as a customer liaison with information systems to create suitable web-mainframe interfaces.
• Design and create multimedia presentations from initial concepts to final execution.
• Investigate web-related issues, work with information systems on critical topics, and assist in resolving problems.
• A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in internet/intranet website design, maintenance, or social media strategy, including business writing experience in a creative environment.
• Intermediate understanding of internet/intranet technologies and website content design.
• Excellent business writing, editing, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing enterprise websites, portals, or digital experiences within a content management system (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills, including the creation of training materials, operational guides, and process documentation, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, responsible AI practices, and emerging digital experience technologies.
• Experience with website standards, including accessibility guidelines (WCAG), SEO/AEO best practices, and conducting quality assurance reviews of digital content and websites.
• Proficient in using digital quality and performance tools such as Siteimprove, SwiftType, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the capability to work independently and across multiple teams.
