Intern – Claims Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the creation and upkeep of training materials, job aids, and resources for Claims learners.

• Assist in the evaluation and updating of current training content to ensure accuracy and uniformity.

• Create microlearning resources or Claims IQ-style learning materials.

• Review, audit, and refresh the Claims Training SharePoint site.

• Identify obsolete information and suggest enhancements for site organization and user experience.

• Engage in project meetings with Claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a college freshman or higher.

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.

• Preferred fields of study include Learning & Development, Education, Art, Graphic Design, Insurance/Risk Management, and Human Resources.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems is preferred.

• A keen interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development is beneficial.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.
