This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist with analytics, tracking, CMS, technical SEO, and general web implementation duties across client websites.
β’ Implement, test, and deploy tags, triggers, and variables utilizing Google Tag Manager.
β’ Configure and troubleshoot GA4 events, conversions, custom dimensions, reports, and dashboards.
β’ Establish and validate conversion tracking for Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
β’ Resolve issues related to tracking, dataLayer, attribution, sequencing, timing, and marketing technology integration.
β’ Develop and maintain lightweight JavaScript while debugging custom scripts.
β’ Support the implementation of privacy and consent measures, including Consent Mode and CMP integrations.
β’ Conduct website QA, browser testing, technical troubleshooting, performance assessments, and site-speed evaluations.
β’ Implement and validate structured data/schema markup, assisting with technical SEO tasks.
β’ Update content and configuration in CMS platforms, including publishing blog posts and modifying pages.
β’ Assist with redirects, metadata, sitemap/indexation issues, and routine website upkeep.
β’ Document findings and completed work in internal workflows such as Asana and Slack, maintaining effective communication.
β’ Work independently on assigned tasks through implementation, QA, and documentation, while also collaborating with web development, analytics, and digital marketing teams.
β’ At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
β’ Strong grasp of GTM fundamentals, including tags, triggers, variables, dataLayer, and custom HTML implementations.
β’ Experience with configuring GA4 events, key events/conversions, custom dimensions, and reports.
β’ Solid knowledge of JavaScript, particularly for analytics, tracking, and lightweight website implementations.
β’ Working understanding of HTML and CSS.
β’ Ability to debug technical issues using browser DevTools, including the console, network requests, cookies, and dataLayer.
β’ Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and other advertising and marketing platforms.
β’ Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, or similar systems.
β’ General comprehension of technical SEO concepts, including structured data, redirects, metadata, sitemaps, and indexation.
β’ Familiarity with Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to implementation and QA.
β’ Ability to work independently, manage asynchronous tasks, and learn new platforms as necessary.
β’ Capability to document technical work and share findings with both technical and non-technical team members.
β’ Nice-to-have: experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, server-side Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, cookie compliance, Consent Mode, CMP platforms, JSON-LD, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, embedded forms, third-party scripts, hosting/deployment platforms, agency client websites, distributed teams, and asynchronous project management workflows.
