This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia, +5 more countries.
• Take ownership of Meta as a growth platform for Wild Pastures on Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee campaign strategy, account architecture, budget distribution, optimization, and scaling efforts.
• Propel profitable subscription growth by leveraging metrics such as nCAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV, and payback, while taking into account retention and customer quality.
• Create and implement testing roadmaps for creatives, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
• Lead the creative strategy on the platform and generate new concepts based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to guide and brief creative development.
• Identify successful messaging, audience behaviors, patterns, and emerging opportunities.
• Daily monitor account performance, analyze root causes, and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Keep abreast of Meta platform updates, measurement changes, attribution best practices, and trends in direct-response advertising.
• Ensure advertising is truthful and compliant, safeguarding customer trust and account integrity.
• Work closely with the creative team while maintaining substantial ownership of one brand.
• Independently organize work outside of required collaboration hours.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta buying for DTC e-commerce or direct-response brands, with ownership from strategy to execution.
• Managed approximately $300,000+ in Meta ad spend monthly; please clarify whether this was for a single account or multiple clients.
• Proven success in acquiring customers profitably, with a solid understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback periods.
• Established a track record of scaling profitable campaigns while managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Experience in owning a Meta account from start to finish, encompassing strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a curiosity for resolving performance issues.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and their relation to overall business growth.
• Experience optimizing for customer quality and long-term profitability, rather than solely first-purchase revenue.
• Practical experience with analytics and attribution tools beyond Ads Manager, such as GA4, Haus, Mixpanel, Northbeam, or Triple Whale.
• Ability to articulate how analytics and attribution tools have influenced decision-making.
• Strong creative instincts and a thorough understanding of effective direct-response advertising.
• Capability to convert performance insights into actionable creative feedback.
• Experience collaborating closely with creative teams through briefing, iterations, and testing.
• Subscription experience is highly preferred.
• Bonus: Direct experience in scaling a subscription e-commerce brand on Meta.
• Bonus: Experience in premium food, health, wellness, supplement, or DTC subscription marketing.
• Bonus: Background in high-growth e-commerce companies.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted campaign optimization and creative testing on Meta.

• Ability to work as an independent contractor and support collaboration from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
• Compensation of $4,000-$4,500 USD per month.
• 40 hours per week as an independent contractor.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Collaboration hours from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with the flexibility to organize your schedule outside these hours.
• Preference for candidates in Eastern Europe; nearby time zones are welcome if they can consistently support the collaboration schedule.
• Position intended as a long-term engagement.
• Independent contractor role with autonomy over work organization and performance.
• Monthly compensation paid in arrears in U.S. Dollars against invoices.

• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, social contributions, registrations, licenses, local compliance, equipment, internet, software, and tools unless otherwise agreed upon.
