This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Establish and uphold alignment with Microsoft alliance and marketing stakeholders regarding solution areas, campaign themes, target audiences, target accounts, and success metrics.
• Convert shared priorities into collaborative marketing plans and quarterly activation schedules.
• Create messaging, proof points, offers, and engagement strategies for Microsoft-aligned demand and co-selling initiatives.
• Link campaign activities to partnership revenue objectives with Presidio verticals, sales teams, practice areas, and solution teams.
• Manage integrated demand-generation planning and implementation throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop cross-sell and upsell initiatives for Presidio’s existing customer base focused on Azure migration and modernization, security, modern work, data and AI, and managed services.
• Generate new acquisition campaigns using account-based marketing, digital strategies, events, webinars, workshops, and partner co-marketing efforts.
• Design campaign offers, calls to action, lead management pathways, and sales follow-up strategies.
• Oversee coordination among internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant program delivery.
• Direct Microsoft partner marketing initiatives from start to finish, including planning, approvals, funding processes, budget management, and compliance oversight.
• Maintain comprehensive plans, timelines, documentation, proof of execution, and shared activity calendars.
• Monitor program status, risks, dependencies, and subsequent actions.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination to eliminate execution barriers.
• Establish campaign success indicators across awareness, engagement, lead progression, sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and marketing return on investment.
• Produce performance reports linking marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Enhance targeting, messaging, offers, channel mix, and follow-up through campaign data, customer insights, and sales feedback.
• Document successful initiatives into replicable strategies that can scale across various audiences, verticals, and solution areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner, channel, alliance, B2B, or demand-generation marketing.
• Preferably experience within technology, cloud, software, or IT services sectors.
• Practical experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, account-based marketing, events, webinars, content, and nurturing programs.
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop pipeline-focused go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with partner funding or MDF processes, including planning, approvals, budget management, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, deadlines, and vendors effectively.
• Confident, client-facing communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations and executive-level updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and commonly used marketing, CRM, and reporting platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing Microsoft cloud solutions, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, security, data and AI, or related managed services.
• Preferred: Background in a Microsoft partner, systems integrator, managed services provider, or channel ecosystem.
• Preferred: Knowledge of co-selling strategies, account-based marketing, pipeline attribution, and sales enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
