Wealth Management Experienced Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit seasoned Financial Representatives and skilled wealth management candidates for firms nationwide utilizing diverse sourcing tools and techniques.

• Travel throughout the country to engage with Experienced Advisor recruits and collaborate with field leaders on recruitment approaches.

• Visit various markets to implement warm sourcing initiatives, including thought leadership events and networking opportunities.

• Work alongside business partners on recruitment programs and offerings.

• Implement educational programs and lead recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.

• Act as a recruiting authority in Experienced Financial Services by partnering and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to the creation of recruitment content and strategies for market entry.

• Generate innovative ideas to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives to Guardian Network firms.

• Collaborate with different business teams on various projects, programs, and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of successful experience in recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.

• Proven expertise in program development and management.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Established capability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Eagerness to participate in a variety of projects as opportunities emerge.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting Experienced Advisors engaged in holistic and wealth management practices.

• Experience in recruiting successful advisors from various broker-dealers.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

• Capable of supporting and delivering both live and virtual training events.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
