Wealth Client Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee activities associated with client Wealth plans.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of plan provisions.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing knowledge.

• Provide high-quality results in a timely manner.

• Prioritize tasks to effectively address client needs.

• Inquire and respond to client requirements promptly.

• Maintain current knowledge of client plan provisions and relevant documentation.

• Adhere to established procedures and process guidelines.

• Achieve or surpass performance objectives.

• Guarantee timely and precise completion of tasks in line with Service Level Agreements.

• Execute new or ad hoc tasks to fulfill client and internal objectives.

• Mentor and train new team members on client requirements as necessary.

• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed.

• Review incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

• Ability to research and analyze complex data/plan provisions to address participant-related concerns.

• Experience in a client-facing role.

• Proficient in effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

• Must possess work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks.

• Virtual interviews must be conducted via video.

• Occasional travel to a physical office location may be necessary.
