This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement Mosaic Health’s comprehensive Total Rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, executive rewards, and associated programs.
• Direct the compensation strategy, which includes base salary, annual incentives, executive pay, market benchmarking, salary frameworks, and job architecture.
• Oversee the benefits strategy for health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Create governance for Total Rewards, defining decision rights and ensuring consistent, market-driven compensation practices.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer, CEO, CFO, and senior executives on decisions related to compensation and rewards.
• Facilitate executive compensation governance and support activities for the Human Capital/Compensation Committee.
• Manage annual compensation planning and enhance compensation technology, analytics, and processes.
• Standardize rewards programs across Mosaic Health while considering talent management, costs, organizational effects, and employee implications.
• Oversee Total Rewards due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, technology, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making, employee experiences, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and integrate Compensation and Benefits teams into a cohesive and high-performing Total Rewards function.
• Establish scalable operational practices, controls, and processes to support the growth of Mosaic Health.
• Formulate an integrated enterprise Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
• Enhance market benchmarking, job architecture, compensation infrastructure, governance of incentives and executive compensation, benefits offerings, compensation planning, and Total Rewards team operations.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR leadership positions.
• Extensive experience in enterprise-level compensation, including incentive design, market benchmarking, salary structures, and compensation governance.
• Proven experience in leading or significantly overseeing employee benefits programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive compensation and aiding senior executive decision-making.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• Capability to advise, influence, and constructively challenge senior leaders on complex and sensitive matters.
• Strong analytical skills utilizing market data, financial analysis, and workforce insights.
• Track record of successfully leading teams through organizational growth, transformation, and change.
• Experience in a complex, multi-site, healthcare, services, or similarly distributed organization is preferred.
• Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and Total Rewards integration is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
