This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of over 90 associates in the Western region, including a minimum of six direct reports.
β’ Cultivate a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, transparency, and results.
β’ Set performance standards and ensure leaders are accountable for achieving results.
β’ Enhance organizational capability through succession planning, talent development, mentoring, and leadership coaching.
β’ Conduct regular team meetings and business reviews.
β’ Achieve regional targets for revenue, profit, growth, and customer performance.
β’ Design and implement strategic business plans that support company and customer growth initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency, execution, and revenue growth.
β’ Manage company resources within the constraints of approved budgets.
β’ Foster executive-level relationships with key customers, clients, and principals.
β’ Act as the primary escalation point for significant customer, client, and operational challenges.
β’ Lead strategic planning and business reviews with customers and principals.
β’ Represent the company in high-stakes customer engagements, negotiations, and growth initiatives.
β’ Work in partnership with Sales, Retail Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, Human Resources, and Client Services.
β’ Advocate for a 'One Team' philosophy and disseminate best practices across different markets.
β’ Oversee regional budgets and resources to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
β’ Track key performance indicators and develop action plans accordingly.
β’ Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to inform business decisions.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies, customer requirements, and operational standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ More than 12 years of progressive leadership experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, sales, brokerage, or related fields.
β’ Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams, including direct oversight of multiple managers and directors.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing organizations of over 90 employees.
β’ Strong history of driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Experience in leading through periods of change, organizational transformation, and business expansion.
β’ Outstanding people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
β’ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
β’ Excellent skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation.
β’ Capability to balance strategic thinking with effective operational execution.
β’ Advanced analytical and financial skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting tools.
β’ Willingness to travel within the Western region and nationally as required by business needs.
β’ Strong interpersonal and well-developed writing skills with keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours a day.
β’ Capability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for long durations.
β’ Ability to lift and carry light items, generally around 20+ pounds.
β’ Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally.
β’ Ability to maintain focus during extended periods of desk work.
β’ Ability to follow clear instructions.
β’ Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day.
