This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the Strategy discipline while establishing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
β’ Provide strategic oversight across partner engagements.
β’ Coach, develop, and manage members of the Strategy team.
β’ Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, development planning, and internal meetings.
β’ Support the hiring process, onboarding, and career progression.
β’ Own and refine strategic methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
β’ Document and scale strategic processes across various engagements.
β’ Develop training, resources, and guidance for both the Strategy team and the agency.
β’ Review strategic recommendations, presentations, and deliverables.
β’ Guide strategists through complex partner situations and challenges.
β’ Lead intricate, high-profile engagements from inception through activation.
β’ Act as a senior advisor to Partner leadership teams.
β’ Facilitate executive-level workshops, strategic planning sessions, and alignment discussions.
β’ Provide guidance on recommendations related to positioning, messaging, naming, campaign strategy, donor engagement, and activation.
β’ Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Business Development, and Leadership teams.
β’ Engage in discovery discussions, proposal development, and partner pitches.
β’ Support the creation of case studies, presentations, and strategic narratives.
β’ Contribute to annual planning, departmental objectives, strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and agency growth.
β’ Conduct and synthesize research while developing strategies for nonprofit fundraising brands and campaigns.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience leading strategy engagements.
β’ Proficiency in research, analysis, insight development, and providing strategic direction.
β’ Experience in a brand or creative agency environment is highly preferred.
β’ Proven track record in developing strategists, evolving methodologies, and managing complex Partner engagements.
β’ Experience in strategic leadership, coaching, and team management.
β’ Ability to lead executive-level conversations and facilitate workshops with a diverse range of stakeholders.
β’ Strong appreciation for branding, including messaging, visual identity, digital experiences, campaigns, and activation.
β’ Experience in building and sustaining long-term partner relationships.
β’ Background in the nonprofit and fundraising sectors is highly valued.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage time, priorities, budgets, and scope across multiple engagements.
β’ Willingness to travel.
β’ Must currently reside within the continental United States.
