📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to ensure a steady stream of deal flow.

• Develop a sustainable origination pipeline and build a robust, institutional-grade business portfolio.

• Oversee the entire placement process, which includes structuring capital stacks, preparing offering documents, managing lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and guiding all parties to a successful close.

• Implement debt and equity mandates across various transactions, including bridge, permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity.

• Provide advisory services to clients by interpreting current capital market conditions into practical advice.

• Evaluate lender preferences, program requirements, and pricing among banks, agencies, debt funds, CMBS, life companies, bridge, and construction lenders.

• Leverage technology, data tools, and workflow systems to manage a high-volume, organized deal process.

• Maintain ownership of client relationships from the initial conversation to the completion of funded transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRE capital markets, specifically in debt placement or structured finance.

• Comprehensive understanding of the capital stack, including structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing.

• Ability to work independently throughout the entire advisory cycle, from origination to funded close.

• Proven experience in establishing a capital markets practice or business portfolio without relying on an existing pipeline.

• Familiarity with deal screening tools, CRM systems, or automated workflow platforms that facilitate high deal volumes.

• Experience with programmatic lending relationships or structured lending products beyond individual deal execution.
