Vice President of Partner Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to the leadership of rescue missions and other Christian organizations dedicated to aiding the underprivileged to arrange introductory meetings.

• Build and nurture relationships with rescue missions and Christian ministries that express interest until they either enroll students or indicate a lack of interest.

• Strengthen existing collaborations through consistent meetings aimed at boosting student referrals to City Vision.

• Collaborate with CVU academic leadership to create solutions that address the educational and training needs of partners, staff, and students.

• Attend conferences, workshops, and events, and schedule meetings during and post-events.

• Participate in regular staff and supervision meetings, including an annual in-person staff gathering.

• Engage in and lead staff chapel and prayer sessions via Zoom.

• Provide assistance in other areas as mutually agreed upon.

• Support the spiritual needs of partner ministries and students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an accredited Bachelor's degree.

• Prior work experience with Gospel Rescue Missions or within the broader Gospel Rescue Mission Movement.

• Strong expertise and core competencies in nonprofit executive leadership, development/fundraising, business development, and/or sales.

• Proven commitment to the Christian mission, vision, and values with a focus on serving those who are impoverished and struggling with addiction.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

• Highly proficient technical skills, including substantial experience or training with Customer Relationship Management Database, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets, and Windows.

• Comfortable with initiating cold outreach and following up in a persistent yet professional manner.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident alien with valid work authorization.

• Must support the spiritual needs of partner ministries and students and lead staff in corporate worship and prayer.

• Reliable internet access and fluency in digital workflows (Zoom, Google Workspace, SIS, CRM).

• Must have a private, quiet workspace free from distractions to ensure FERPA compliance.
