• Take ownership of the process to develop genuine, comprehensive, actionable, and impactful insights.

• Guide Directors and their teams towards achieving strategic excellence.

• Collaborate with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts.

• Shape and adapt the Strategic Planning department to meet the evolving demands of the digital landscape.

• Combine traditional marketing expertise with digital trends and client requirements.

• Encourage teamwork and collaboration across various teams and departments.

• Provide mentorship to team members and cultivate future leaders.

• Investigate innovative methods to support clients in thriving within the digital environment.

• Formulate and execute strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and actively manage bias.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Account Planning.

• Experienced leader with a background in managing a department or overseeing a significant account with a large team.

• Ability to build consensus and a vision to create roadmaps for planning-based programs.

• Strong understanding of the digital landscape.

• Practical experience in digital activation is essential.

• Proven strategies to influence the planning process.

• Mastery of storytelling and a compelling communication style.

• Capability to educate, advise, and inspire planning team members, clients, and agency staff on emerging trends.

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising is required.

• Experience in an agency setting is necessary.
