Senior Director, Finance – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business.

• Lead initiatives to target new customer segments, introduce new insurance products, and create partnership offerings.

• Utilize business acumen and financial insights to inform decisions regarding unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.

• Enhance growth speed and efficiency by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Implement a data-driven analytical approach to influence decisions and assist leadership in assessing strategic initiatives.

• Design and track essential financial performance metrics and convey actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Act as a financial thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales.

• Engage with external partners through a Corporate Development or Business Development perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• More than 4 years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting with significant CDD / Private Equity experience.

• 6 to 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles with a significant focus on data / financial aspects at a DTC or Fintech company.

• Extensive knowledge of GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics.

• Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

• Capability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Previous experience in Corporate Development / Business Development is preferred.
