Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Financials GL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and high-performing.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to convert requirements into future-state designs.

• Implement or oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training/support.

• Work in partnership with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure a streamlined end-to-end design.

• Establish standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.

• Oversee project management and lead engagement teams effectively.

• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Guide junior staff members, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.

• Educate and support the professional growth of Huron staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Financials, emphasizing Oracle Cloud ERP.

• At least one full GL implementation experience along with Oracle Financials Accounting Hub.

• Practical experience in designing solutions across various finance processes and modules.

• Profound knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration within Oracle ERP environments.

• Capability to manage intricate global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

• A consulting background is highly preferred.

• Oracle certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is a bonus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Interpersonal skills necessary for building trustworthy and collaborative relationships.

• Ability to train and assist in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical areas.

• Demonstrated capacity to contribute to multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% when required to collaborate with client or internal project teams.
