Junior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the monthly closing process by consolidating reports and developing graphical presentations.

• Utilize BI tools, particularly Power BI, to process and generate data outputs.

• Oversee the budget by analyzing general ledger accounts and cost centers, comparing Budget vs. Actuals vs. Forecast.

• Aid in the management and tracking of HR metrics, which includes monitoring vacancy rates, performance indicators, and actual versus budgeted headcount.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant discipline.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, encompassing tools, applications, and concepts.

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical reasoning skills.
