VP, Senior AI Consulting Architect – Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary senior technical liaison with client executives and influence deal structures.

• Assume responsibility for the comprehensive technical vision and execution of enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives.

• Establish technical benchmarks through reference architectures, reusable accelerators, governance, and assessment practices.

• Collaborate with sales and practice leaders to shape pursuits, intricate deals, SOWs, estimates, and delivery methodologies.

• Function as the senior technical voice during client pursuits and executive discussions.

• Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and intellectual property assets.

• Recognize account expansion possibilities and cultivate follow-on opportunities.

• Lead and expand global, multidisciplinary AI teams.

• Create AI roadmaps and implementation strategies in partnership with business and technology leaders.

• Provide mentorship to architects and engineers.

• Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of enterprise-level GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from inception to production.

• Design secure, resilient, and highly available AI systems at an enterprise scale.

• Create applications powered by LLMs, advanced retrieval systems, and multi-agent frameworks.

• Establish strategies for memory, context, planning, tool utilization, and reasoning.

• Contribute to architecture, critical-path coding, design evaluations, and complex technical challenges.

• Design APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI services.

• Guide software architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Architect AI governance frameworks and model safety guidelines.

• Set up LLMOps evaluation pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production governance.

• Define evaluation frameworks focusing on quality, safety, reliability, latency, and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python.

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.

• Knowledge of FastAPI.

• Understanding of distributed systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment.

• Expertise in prompt engineering, tool and function calling, and RAG.

• Proven experience with at least one production Agentic AI system.

• Extensive experience with one of the following: Azure, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Claude.

• Proficient in Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for AI.

• Experience with automated evaluations, experiment tracking, observability, and model lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, guardrails, model safety, compliance, and auditability.

• In-depth knowledge of orchestration, advanced retrieval, agentic patterns, model customization, or frontier model technologies.

• 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or enterprise architecture, progressing to senior technical leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in architecting and deploying production-scale AI from strategy to implementation.

• Background in consulting, services, or client-facing delivery, including pre-sales or solution shaping.

• Experience in leading globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree is preferred.
