This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel growth, retention, and satisfaction within Datavant’s Ecosystem client base, which encompasses data sources, data aggregators, and enterprises.
• Manage account relationships across all Life Sciences offerings.
• Oversee the complete sales process for data connectivity, tokenization, ecosystem partnerships, and Real-World Evidence solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Ecosystem customers and partners.
• Take responsibility for bookings and revenue generation for designated Ecosystem accounts.
• Position and promote Datavant’s product portfolio, which includes connectivity infrastructure, privacy-preserving linkages, data licensing, and RWE solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts from lead generation to closing, which includes presenting value propositions, identifying partner needs, negotiating terms, and executing contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities based on clients’ organizational structures and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity utilizing CRM and analytics tools.
• Collect feedback from customers and partners regarding pricing, market challenges, innovation, and competition.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform account strategy.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Solutions, and Delivery teams to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise SaaS, emphasizing ecosystem strategy, Real World Data, or services.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare RWD landscape, including RWD sources, data aggregators, analytics platforms, and the healthcare investment landscape.
• Proven experience in selling complex solutions and driving substantial revenue growth in a fast-paced environment, engaging multiple stakeholders from line managers to C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success in building partnerships that generate revenue and facilitate market expansion.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, manage numerous high-stakes relationships, and operate swiftly with minimal oversight.
• Highly consultative, proactive, and collaborative in approach.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills; possesses executive presence and comfort leading discussions with senior stakeholders externally.
• Strong collaboration abilities with Sales, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Google Suite productivity applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Salesforce.com.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, works efficiently and independently, with outstanding organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
