This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales cycle for the company's largest and most intricate accounts, encompassing selling, closing, and long-term client retention.

• Navigate complex public-sector procurement processes that include piggybacks, RFPs, co-ops, board votes, and direct awards.

• Implement the strategic vision set by the Chief Revenue Officer to broaden the territory and promote large-scale adoption.

• Identify and qualify new major accounts while constructing a valuable enterprise pipeline.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across municipalities, educational districts, and law enforcement organizations.

• Manage forecasting and pipeline strategies for major accounts, ensuring alignment with stakeholder-specific stage criteria.

• Utilize conversion, cycle-time, and pricing-discipline strategies to enhance revenue within enterprise accounts.

• Guide Account Executives by providing data insights and best practices related to major accounts.

• Offer targeted strategic support and operational leadership for smaller accounts, covering stage validation, CRM maintenance, and cross-functional processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years in Strategic Sales or Revenue Operations leadership within B2G, GovTech, public safety, or other regulated, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Proven track record of successfully closing and managing complex, non-linear public-sector deals.

• Capacity to concentrate mainly on significant enterprise deals while providing operational support and mentorship to the broader AE team.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Tableau and Looker, along with modern RevOps tools like Clari.

• Exceptional executive communication and collaborative skills, with a focus on measurable results.

• Direct involvement with stop-arm camera safety initiatives, violator-funded enforcement, or closely related industry models.

• Experience in broader school transportation or smart city safety infrastructures.

• Background in OEM/partner-integrated operations, including VARs, integrators, and transit agencies.

• Understanding of public sector pricing, cooperative contracts like TIPS, and legislative or grant-based funding mechanisms.
