This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product management function for Foundant's suite of SaaS products.
• Supervise Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers associated with each product line.
• Establish direction and elevate the standards for building and operating the portfolio.
• Enhance organizational competencies, process maturity, and tools.
• Implement active listening, structured data and signals, and operational metrics throughout the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer on strategic priorities and investments at the portfolio level.
• Work alongside engineering leadership to execute product initiatives and meet roadmap objectives.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to facilitate product releases and maximize value.
• Transform Foundant's North Star into a cohesive portfolio strategy across five SaaS products and five global markets.
• Develop the operational backbone of the product management function.
• Make decisions regarding prioritization and investment across the product portfolio.
• Cultivate leaders in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design.
• Drive changes in processes, tooling, and operating models.
• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including the ability to build and lead product management organizations at scale.
• Proven leadership experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions within SaaS organizations.
• Experience managing a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio, preferably in international markets such as the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and/or Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to select, implement, and scale product management processes/methodologies, tools, and infrastructure to foster organizational maturity.
• An MBA is preferred.
