Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to define and assess product requirements

• Maintain a prioritized list of requirements based on customer value

• Strategically plan and allocate requirements across iterations

• Coordinate delivery timelines with the team and area manager

• Lead and engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Scrum ceremonies

• Manage tasks to ensure delivery aligns with scope, time, quality, and budget expectations

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and the area manager

• Prepare documentation for product delivery

• Conduct training sessions on new release functionalities

• Assist cross-functional teams in addressing product-related challenges

• Work on the cloud-based variant of the product

• Identify gaps within the team or project and suggest improvements

• Promote effective communication and alignment across teams

• Effectively manage high-pressure situations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or an Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Application Development

• Proficiency in English is essential

• Minimum of two years of experience with REST services and web applications

• Proven track record in managing development teams

• Strong foundation in microservices architecture

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt swiftly

• Experience in Agile/Scrum processes

• Capability to identify missing components and propose effective solutions
