Senior Product Manager, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the roadmap and strategy for integrations, identifying new integrations and capabilities to develop.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize the backlog, outline the roadmap, and determine the depth, capability, and sequencing of integrations.

• Work alongside the integration partnership lead to activate partners prior to integration development and oversee ongoing enhancements.

• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations.

• Engage directly with customers to comprehend their integration requirements, documenting and prioritizing their feedback.

• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, field activities, training, and enablement efforts.

• Promote integrations to enhance their discoverability and ease of configuration.

• Assess and share metrics related to integration breadth and depth, data availability, and customer compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a product role focused on integrations and ecosystems.

• Proven history of prioritizing and developing impactful integrations.

• Ideally, experience managing an integration catalog or category.

• Knowledge of prioritization frameworks to effectively focus and sequence integration efforts across teams.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Technical proficiency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.

• Experience in coordinating multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders updated.

• Willingness to leverage AI to enhance skills and improve work, demonstrating curiosity, a readiness to learn, and sound judgment in the responsible application of AI.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the specified location for this role.
