This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for a suite of AI products that enhance Commercial Value & Access.
• Take direct ownership of one specific product while offering strategic guidance, mentorship, and accountability across the wider product group.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Product Managers, establishing robust product practices.
• Prioritize investment opportunities and oversee inter-product dependencies.
• Collaborate with Value & Access, engineering, data science, architecture, and other stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable product functionalities.
• Steer AI and machine learning products through all phases from discovery and experimentation to launch, adoption, scaling, and optimization.
• Take charge of product-group outcomes, KPIs, adoption rates, usage analytics, and AI/model performance metrics.
• Ensure that products are scalable, enterprise-ready, and adhere to Responsible AI, privacy, security, and technological standards.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience in Information/Technology/Digital Product Management, OR a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in direct people management and/or leadership experience in guiding teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio or collection of related products as a cohesive product suite.
• Background in developing products that support Commercial Value & Access within the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong comprehension of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agents, AI platforms, and production AI systems.
• Experience in assessing customer requirements, product usage, business results, and AI/model performance.
• History of leading digital products, formulating product strategies and roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and evaluating product outcomes.
• Strong technical proficiency and capability to collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
