This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end strategy for FinThrive's Patient Access portfolio, encompassing product vision, market positioning, roadmap, pricing, packaging, investment priorities, and recommendations for build, buy, partner, or exit.
• Lead the planning and management of the portfolio lifecycle across solutions, ensuring a balance between innovation, feature development, break/fix priorities, regulatory requirements, market demands, platform modernization, and product rationalization.
• Build, oversee, and nurture the product team.
• Drive a client-focused solution strategy and create differentiated product roadmaps.
• Develop processes to monitor and evaluate product success and facilitate market entry.
• Analyze competitive markets and integrate insights to enhance technology offerings for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, development, implementation, support, services, and external stakeholders.
• Enhance NPS, client retention, usage, and adoption through feedback loops and product engagement strategies.
• Contribute to the company’s strategy, vision, culture, and mission as a member of the product management leadership team.
• Manage the solution portfolio's P&L and devise strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Engage in sales processes to articulate product vision and value proposition.
• Stay informed on changes in information technology and the healthcare industry.
• Provide insights on the marketplace, competitors, and customer segments to aid in planning and product development.
• Promote organizational adaptability in response to market changes and opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including responsibility for product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions.
• More than 5 years of progressive product leadership experience, including the ability to build, lead, and develop product teams in a technology organization focused on growth.
• 2-3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, Patient Access, or a closely related healthcare technology field.
• Experience in developing cloud-based or software solutions.
• Operational experience managing a product or portfolio P&L, utilizing financial and operational metrics to inform prioritization decisions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and software development teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Strong analytical judgment, accountability, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to act as a thought leader in the healthcare industry and translate market and regulatory changes into product strategy.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other essential tools for the role.
• Willingness to travel: Up to 50%.
• Experience with patient access solutions and/or operations, including eligibility, authorization, identity, registration, or related healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience leading portfolio modernization, product integration, acquisition integration, or product rationalization.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA, and other relevant laws while handling patient information in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
