📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy for eMoney's core platform functionalities, which encompass data aggregation, APIs, strategic integrations, and the transition to an AI-native platform.

• Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for eMoney's Platform, Data, APIs, and AI functionalities.

• Lead, nurture, and motivate a high-performing team of Product Managers and product leaders.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance eMoney's platform differentiation and competitive stance.

• Set product metrics and ensure accountability for business, customer, and platform results.

• Partner with Technology Leadership to define technical implementations while retaining Product accountability for exposed features and conditions.

• Direct the product strategy for data aggregation capabilities and associated customer experiences.

• Collaborate with Technology and Data leaders to ready the platform for AI-driven applications.

• Identify opportunities to utilize eMoney's data foundation as a strategic advantage.

• Formulate product strategy for AI platform connectivity and agentic experiences.

• Develop product strategy and requirements for MCP and other emerging AI connectivity standards.

• Transition APIs from traditional application integrations to support for AI applications and agent integrations.

• Define product requirements for authentication, authorization, entitlements, data access, auditability, and enterprise governance.

• Clarify the boundaries between customer-accessible data and eMoney's proprietary planning intelligence.

• Ensure AI connectivity aligns with eMoney's Always-On Planning strategy.

• Collaborate with AI Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, and Compliance leaders to establish AI governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, particularly in leading enterprise fintech products.

• Demonstrated experience in leading product organizations at the VP level or an equivalent senior leadership position.

• Extensive experience with platform products, APIs, data products, and enterprise integrations.

• Proven track record in defining product strategies for complex technology platforms utilized by large enterprise clients.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Proven ability to effectively partner with CTOs, Engineering, and Architecture leaders.

• Experience in translating intricate technology capabilities into clear customer and business value.

• In-depth understanding of generative AI, AI platforms, and emerging agentic architectures.

• Experience in defining products or platforms that incorporate AI, intelligent workflows, or AI agents.

• Familiarity with AI tool/function calling, agent orchestration, APIs, and emerging AI connectivity standards such as MCP.

• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into actionable product strategies.

• Understanding of the data, security, governance, and intellectual-property considerations of exposing enterprise capabilities to AI systems.

• Capability to function effectively at both the strategic executive level and the granular product-definition level.

• Strong skills in executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in managing and developing senior Product leaders and building high-performing product teams.
