This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Directs the enterprise product strategy, guiding portfolio direction and execution delivery across various product domains.
• Establishes and maintains the enterprise-level product vision and multi-year roadmaps for product portfolios.
• Oversees strategic planning and prioritization of investments.
• Collaborates with business, technology, and operational leaders to synchronize priorities, funding, sequencing, and product outcomes.
• Defines and tracks enterprise-level product objectives and performance metrics.
• Provides executive oversight for product delivery, portfolio execution, and capacity planning.
• Leads significant transformational initiatives, translating business goals into actionable plans with measurable results.
• Works together with internal business leaders, operations teams, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
• Engages with clients and key stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Holds accountability for product performance, business outcomes, operational efficiency, client impact, and portfolio-level KPIs.
• Supervises technical health, platform modernization, risk management, and non-functional requirements.
• Assesses and authorizes major changes to products, platforms, and operating models.
• Serves as a senior escalation point for intricate cross-functional challenges.
• Advocates for AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.
• Collaborates with both business and technology teams throughout the AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Travels as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, AI, Digital Transformation, or related fields are preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10+) years of progressive experience in product strategy, product management, portfolio leadership, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in leading Directors, senior product leaders, and managing large, complex product organizations.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level product portfolios, strategic investments, and large-scale transformation efforts.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional execution across business, operations, and technology organizations.
• Background in leading or supporting AI-enabled products, capabilities, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Expertise in enterprise product strategy, portfolio management, and investment governance.
• Ability to convert corporate strategy into product vision, operational models, roadmaps, and execution frameworks.
• Strong executive judgment in balancing growth, client value, technical health, risk, and financial results.
• Advanced capability to lead complex, high-stakes discussions with executive business and technology leaders.
• Profound understanding of contemporary product operating models, technology platforms, architectural considerations, and system ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, AI governance principles, and AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices.
• Established ability to lead leaders, influence enterprise decisions, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion.
• Capacity to manage work-related stress, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding.
