This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee media strategy and manage senior client relationships for intricate pharmaceutical accounts, concentrating on HCP audiences and combined HCP/DTC initiatives.

• Develop audience strategies that encompass segmentation, channel roles, sequencing, and optimization.

• Collaborate with leads from Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic, and Social practices.

• Create integrated media plans and implement MMM, attribution, and patient-level data measurement techniques.

• Recognize opportunities to expand existing accounts through MERGE offerings such as HCP + DTC Performance Link, HCP/DTC Maestro, and Decision-Back consulting.

• Assist in new business pitches.

• Provide mentorship to internal account and strategy teams.

• Keep track of emerging media channels, shifts in pharma marketing, changing HCP behaviors, and advancements in technology.

• Connect data, creative solutions, and media execution to address client business challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in media.

• Extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing and HCP strategy.

• Experience covering both HCP and DTC, particularly in oncology, is highly advantageous.

• A persistent curiosity about AI, search, privacy, new channels, and advancing technology.

• Proficiency in advanced data, patient-level insights, MMM, and attribution models.

• Capability to interpret measurement outcomes and leverage data for media decision-making.

• Ability to work collaboratively with media, analytics, and activation specialists.

• Strong commercial acumen for account growth.

• Skill in translating complex media, audience, and measurement concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive clients.

• Previous hands-on experience in programmatic, paid social, search, SEO/GEO, or integrated HCP/DTC oncology initiatives is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• US work authorization without the requirement for current or future visa sponsorship.
